hi! my name is mindy and i am born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I was raised in Eagle Rock, then moved to where i currently live, Monterey Park, California. I currently attend Mark Keppel high school, which is where I plan on graduating. I am an upcoming junior in high school and I am 15 years old.

these are my dogs. Mochi (left), and Patchie (right) are around the same age, 1 years old! since i was a child, i've always been asked the question "what do you want to be when you grow up?" to be honest with you, i never knew what i wanted to be, i've always just said a random job without actually meaning it. i've always been so worried because of the fact that i never knew what i wanted to be when i grew up. meanwhile, most of the people around me would have most of their lives planned out. but since getting a dog, i've realized how much i truly care about animals. during this whole quarantine, i've discovered that i definitely want to become a veterinarian or a vet tech when im older. i've also decided that i want to go to a community college for my first two years, then transfer to a UC after those two years have been completed. although i'm still unsure of exactly which schools i'd like to attend, i am still glad that i have an idea ad structure of what i'd like in the future.

the picture shown above is me and some of my friends. we're all in the same grade and have been friends since freshman year. most of us met in english class where we worked on projects and talked to each other. during our sophomore year, we all joined the school's tennis team together and began to get closer. the names of the people in this picture is listed from left to right: shannon, mindy (me), sophia, and bonnie. there are a few of my close friends who are not listed, vivian and angelina, who i also speak to everyday ! :)

my all time favorite thing to do when i have time is shopping! my favorite brand is brandy meville! even though im broke and i dont have the money to buy many things, i still enjoy looking at the wesbite and watching people unbox clothes. its kind of weird but opening packages makes me really happy for some reason. but since i need to save money, i'm unable to purchase things so i just watch people do it haha.

here's a little fun fact about me: i have a tiny business (kind of)! the main platforms i currently sell on are depop and instagram. i hope to be able to branch out to something bigger, like creating a website so that i can sell things! currently, i am selling clothes and accessories. i've learned to make little custom name necklaces which i have began selling. i hope to be able to save enough money for when i am in college. i have seen many teenagers around my age have a sucessful business, which is a huge inspiration to me. seeing that my handmade products are enjoyed by people and wanted by people around the world brings me joy ! for some reason, packaging and shipping items are extremely fun for me!
